🔧 Improvements

Performance Insights: improved AI categorization for InForms responses. AI‑suggested categories for InForm responses in Performance Insights are now more accurate, reliable, and easier for leaders to review. Irrelevant responses are no longer miscategorized, source attribution is clearly displayed in the InForms summary, and the page now refreshes correctly after accepting or rejecting a suggestion.
Turnover Risk Score Updates. The recently enhanced Turnover Prediction Engine now provides more accurate, explainable risk scores powered by an AI model. The updated model surfaces early indicators of dissatisfaction so leaders can act before turnover occurs.
