🔧Improvements
Additional Enhancements for Recognition and Overtime Workflows. Frontline leaders can now see employee descriptions directly within the Anniversary widget slideout, providing added context when recognizing team members and celebrating milestones. The Overtime widget has also been enhanced with clickable column-level filtering, making it faster and easier to analyze overtime data and focus on specific categories such as mandatory overtime without leaving the dashboard.
Grouped Activity Card Improvements. Updates to the Grouped Activity Card improve reliability within the Activity Feed and ensure activity records are displayed correctly. Activity Feed exports have also been updated to support grouped activity cards, helping maintain accurate records when reviewing, sharing, or exporting activity history.
Disciplinary Action Notes and Visibility Updates. Managers can now add a note when creating or updating a disciplinary action, allowing important context to be stored directly on the action record. The Disciplinary Actions widget in Performance Insights now also follows the category order configured in the Admin Portal and displays each action's end date, making it easier to review active and expired actions without opening individual records.
Mandatory Item Snoozing. Managers can now snooze a mandatory item for 30 days and record a reason for the change. Snoozed items are clearly identified while retaining the original status from the source system, giving managers a way to account for known discrepancies without losing the underlying record.
Outlook Add-In Improvements (Beta). The Outlook add-in now identifies team members included in both the To and Cc fields when copying emails to Laudio, reducing the need for manual searches when capturing team-related communication. Managers can also delete email activities that were logged in error, helping keep team member records accurate. Additionally, updates to the add-in layout improve usability in narrow Outlook panes commonly used in day-to-day workflows.
