✨ New Features
Forms Management in the Admin Portal
CE and administrator users can now manage forms directly from a new Forms Management section in the Admin Portal, eliminating the need to impersonate users for routine maintenance. This self-service experience makes it easy to update key form details, such as owners and collaborators, helping administrators resolve issues faster and maintain forms more efficiently. You'll find Forms Management in the Admin Portal.
Redesigned Patient Profile for Patient Rounding
The Patient Profile experience in Patient Rounding has been refreshed with the Nova design system, making patient information easier to view, navigate, and understand. The updated layout improves visibility of key details, streamlines navigation, and reduces cognitive load so users can quickly find the information they need during rounds. You'll find the redesigned Patient Profile in the Patient Tracker within the Patient Rounding module.
🔧Improvements
Order and Availability of Disciplinary Actions. Administrators can now reorder disciplinary action categories and levels and toggle their availability, ensuring the picker matches each organization’s policy while preserving all historical records. This makes selecting the correct next step clearer for leaders and allows outdated options to be retired without losing past documentation.
Code Mappings for Mandatories. Administrators can now view and edit mandatory codes and their category mappings directly in the Admin Portal, with a sortable, paginated list and bulk remapping to Licensure, Certification, Training, or Health. This turns what used to require a support request and database change into a same‑day, self‑service update with a full audit trail, making it easy to correct miscategorized codes without losing historical records. You’ll find it in Mandatories Settings within the Admin Portal.
Save Default Script Filters in Patient Rounding Reporting
Users can now save their preferred filter selections as the default in the Patient Rounding Reporting dashboard. Once configured, the dashboard will automatically apply those saved filters each time they return, eliminating the need to recreate the same filter set across sessions. This enhancement streamlines reporting workflows, helping leaders access the data they care about faster.
Outlook Add-In Fixes (Beta). Emails sent from Outlook are now logged as email activity in Laudio rather than notes, giving leaders an accurate record in the activity feed and improving reporting. The add‑in manifest has been updated with a stable ID and a clearly declared send‑email permission, making deployments smoother for IT administrators. Visual spacing and alignment fixes also bring the pane in line with approved designs, improving the experience for leaders who first encounter Laudio inside Outlook.
