Recommended step for New Users: Notify your team about new Laudio emails

Some Laudio emails might appear as "External" to your team members. We recommend emailing them the following message when you start using the platform so that they expect and recognize Laudio emails.

Before you start using Laudio to send your team InForms, we recommend sending them an email that includes the following messaging.

Example Email: 

Hi team, 

Just a head’s up that I will be utilizing a new tool called Laudio to collect information from our team.  You will periodically receive requests to provide feedback similar to the one below so that I can better support you and our unit.

The email will resemble the one below and will include noreply@laudio.com  beside my name as the sender.  In your email, it may show as originating from “outside our organization” and our IT team is working to get this corrected.   Please do not ignore these emails as I would love to have your feedback moving forward.
