Recommended step for New Users: Notify your team about new Laudio emails

Some Laudio emails, such as InForms, might appear as "External" to your team members. We recommend emailing them the inform them you are using a new tool to help gather information and get their feedback. Feel free to send the email below or customize to your liking. 

Example Email: 

Hi team, 

Just a head’s up that I will be utilizing a new tool called Laudio to collect information from our team.  You will periodically receive requests to provide feedback similar to the one below so that I can better support you and our unit.

The email will resemble the one below and will include noreply@laudio.com beside my name as the sender.  In your email, it may show as originating from “outside our organization” and our IT team is working to get this corrected.   Please do not ignore these emails as I would love to have your feedback moving forward.
