Reviewing Patient Rounding Responses

Laudio provides multiple ways for leaders to review patient rounding responses, helping them track progress, identify trends, and take meaningful action.

Ways to Review Patient Rounding Responses 

There are three ways to review patient rounding responses:

  • Tracker: Click any patient in the Patient Rounding Tracker to open a slide out panel showing key patient details and all individual responses to patient rounds conducted.

  • Dashboard: Use filters to adjust the view by facility or department. The dashboard displays widgets with key insights and, in some cases, allows click through to additional data visualizations that support rounding goals.

  • Scripts: Click the Scripts tab and click into a specific script to view individual form responses, data insights and/or export data by script or form.

Q: Can I view individual patient responses? 
A: Yes. You can view individual patient responses in several ways:

  • Search for the patient in the Patient Rounding Tracker and select their name to open the patient profile view.
  • Review responses directly within the script by viewing individual entries.
  • Export the data to review responses outside the platform.

The easiest way is to search for the patient in the tracker and open their profile.
