FAQs

Q: What should be done if an event looks mislabeled?
A: If an event appears incorrect, the row can be ignored in the event-specific details popup, by clicking on that specific cell. Ignoring will remove that event from totals, graphs, and the tracker. The event can be added back at a later point as needed.

Q: Are event rules and conditions standard across Laudio?
A: No. Each health system has its own configurations for standard shifts, pay codes, grace periods, and attendance rules. These settings affect which events appear and how they are labeled.
