How to Send a Peer Feedback Email
-
Navigate to the Peer Feedback workflow in Laudio. On the Peer Feedback page, all team members are displayed in a table view, including their name, feedback status based on the due date, and the number of peer feedback responses collected.

-
At the top of the page, you can filter the table by cost center, view (all team members or direct reports), and status to quickly find the relevant team member.

-
To send a peer feedback request, hover over the row of the team member you would like to initiate feedback for. Action buttons will appear on the right-hand side, allowing you to send a peer feedback email, add a note, or mark the activity as complete.

-
In most cases, leaders will select the option to send a peer feedback email. After selecting Send Message, a pre-populated peer feedback email template will appear. This email is sent to the team member, who is responsible for gathering feedback by forwarding the message to their selected peers.

-
As peers submit their responses, the feedback is centralized within Laudio for easy review. The number of responses will automatically update, and activity will be tracked in the gray pill-shaped indicator on the right-hand side of the screen.
-
Team members do not have visibility into the feedback responses submitted on their behalf. Responses are available to leaders and can be accessed within the Peer Feedback workflow, the InForms workflow, and the team member’s profile in Laudio.
-
Once all feedback has been collected, select Mark Complete to update the status.

Updating the Peer Feedback Email Template
To update the peer feedback email template, click Settings in the top right corner of the Peer Feedback page. From there, leaders can customize the pre-populated email template used within their Laudio instance.
Please note that the highlighted (blue) fields within the template are dynamic placeholders. These should not be edited, as they ensure the workflow functions correctly.

FAQs
Q: Why is the email sent to the employee instead of their peers?
A: This ensures feedback is tied to the correct employee profile.
Q: Can I change the email or note template?
A: Yes. Templates are customizable in Peer Feedback Settings.
Q: Where can I view the peer feedback?
A: Use the activity section of the team member profile or InForms page to view responses.
A: The hire date is based on your organization’s preference, similar to how anniversary dates are configured. An item will move to a Due status 60 days before the designated due date. If no action is taken by the due date, the status will extend for an additional 60 days and then change to Overdue.
