      Delay send on a message you've created in Laudio (non M365 users)

      You can delay the send of Laudio messages from your Outlook account. This will enable you to send birthday or celebratory notes to team members on a specific date. 

      This article is for users who are unable to connect to Microsoft 365 in Laudio. If you are connected to 365, Laudio will prompt you to delay send on birthday and anniversary messages.

      Steps to delay send from Outlook

      1. Create your message in Laudio and hit "Log in Profile and Proceed to Outlook"

      2. When your outlook window opens, choose when you'd like the message to be delivered by clicking the drop-down arrow next to send, and it will stay in your Outbox until then.

      Note: Laudio will document in the team member profile page that this message was sent.  The delay will occur via Outlook based on your selection.
