      Set Outlook Web as Default Email App (non M365 users)

      Laudio uses your Outlook email to deliver messages sent from the platform. This article outlines the steps of setting the Outlook web version as your default desktop app. This is a critical step to ensuring your messages are delivered. *This only applies to users who are unable to connect to M365 via your settings. 

      How to set as default

      In Microsoft Edge:

      1. Sign in to your Outlook on the web or Outlook.com account.

      2. Select Settings and more Settings and more at the top of the window.

      3. Select Apps > Install this site as an app.

      In Google Chrome:

      1. Sign in to Outlook on the web or Outlook.com account.

      2. Select Customize and control Google Chrome Chrome settings at the top of the window.

      3. Select Install Outlook.
