Categorizing Performance Data

Performance categories help organize notes, emails, and other activities into meaningful themes for reviews. Leaders can manually apply categories, or use AI-powered suggestions to save time.

Key Benefits: 

  • Structured categories make data easier to review and compare.

  • Tag activities manually or accept AI suggestions.

  • Ensure important feedback and achievements are surfaced for reviews.

Adding Performance Categories to Notes or Emails

  1. Create a note or email in Laudio.

  2. Below the message field, click the Performance Categories selector.

  3. Choose one or more categories that match the content (e.g., Accountability, Teamwork).

Using AI-Suggested Categories

Laudio’s AI can suggest relevant categories for notes and emails.

  1. When a suggestion appears, review the category.

  2. Click "Accept" to apply or "Reject" if it doesn’t fit.

  3. Confirm your choice and the activity will be updated accordingly.
