Adding Performance Categories to Notes or Emails

Create a note or email in Laudio.

Below the message field, click the Performance Categories selector.

Choose one or more categories that match the content (e.g., Accountability, Teamwork).
Using AI-Suggested Categories
Laudio’s AI can suggest relevant categories for notes and emails.

When a suggestion appears, review the category.

Click "Accept" to apply or "Reject" if it doesn’t fit.

Confirm your choice and the activity will be updated accordingly.
