Tasks Overview

The Tasks page in Laudio, accessible from the left navigation panel, serves as a centralized location to view and manage tasks. It displays all tasks created by a user as well as those assigned to them. Tasks created within specific workflows like Employee Rounding or Patient Rounding also appear. This guide outlines how to create, view, filter, and take action on tasks to support daily workflows.

Key Benefits:

  • Everything in One Place: View all tasks that are created or assigned across workflows.

  • Stay Focused: Use filters and due dates to prioritize what needs attention.

  • Support Team Collaboration: Assign tasks across roles to coordinate follow-ups and shared work.

Creating Tasks in Laudio

Tasks can be created in several ways to support different workflows:

  • From the Home Page: Quickly add a task directly from your dashboard.

  • From InForms: Convert feedback into actionable follow-ups.

  • From the Tasks Workflow: Use the central Tasks page to create and assign tasks.

  • From Other Actions: Generate tasks as part of workflows like Employee Rounding or Peer Recognition.

This flexibility ensures leaders can capture action items wherever they arise, keeping follow-ups organized and visible in one place.

FAQs

Q: Can I reassign a task after it has been created?
A: Yes. Edit the task, update the assignee, and save. The task will then appear under the new assignee’s Tasks list.

Q: Can tasks include attachments or tags?
A: Yes. Attachments and tags can be added when creating or editing a task to provide more context.

Q: Are tasks private to the creator?
A: No. Tasks are visible to both the creator and the assignee. The assignee must have Laudio access to view the task in their account. If the task is linked to a team member, it may also appear in that team member’s profile.
