Team Member Profile Overview

Laudio creates a unique profile for each team member, serving as a centralized location for all notes, emails, and engagement within the platform. These profiles stay with the team member throughout their entire tenure at the health system, even if they change teams, departments, or managers.

Team members do not have access to their own profile. Profiles are designed exclusively for leaders to provide professional support and guidance.

Accessing a Team Member Profile

Profiles can be accessed in several ways throughout Laudio:

  • Hover over a team member’s name or profile picture and click Go to Profile.

  • Use the search bar at the top of the homepage for the quickest access.

FAQs

Q: If a manager leaves, will the next manager see the previous manager’s notes and messages for the team member?
A: Yes. The new manager will have access to those notes and messages.

Q: Where does the team member information come from?
A: The information in these profiles comes from several sources and updates over time. Demographic data is synced from your HRIS system. General information such as preferences and hobbies is entered by you or collected through the profile questionnaire InForm. Professional details come from the Professional Engagement InForm, which can be sent to your team. The activity section tracks notes and actions in Laudio and can be exported to support reviews.
