Updating Disciplinary Actions within Time and Attendance

The Disciplinary Actions feature allows leaders to record and update attendance‑related disciplinary steps directly within the Time and Attendance workflow, along with other areas of the platform. The disciplinary actions activity icon is only available for clients that do not have a direct disciplinary‑action integration in place.

  • Add expiry dates to maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records.

Steps to Update a Disciplinary Action

  1. From the Laudio navigation bar, click Time & Attendance.
  2. Click the disciplinary action icon.

  3. Hover over the team member row in the T&A Tracker, then select Update Disciplinary Actions. This option is also available in the Slide‑Out and Details popup.

  4. Choose a disciplinary category from the list.

  5. Click the correct level for the action.

  6. Set an expiry date to show when the action will no longer be active.

  7. Click Add to record the action.

FAQs

Q: Are disciplinary actions viewable across the Laudio platform? 
A: Yes. You can add or update disciplinary actions directly from this page using the same popup. This feature is available within each employee’s Professional Details page and integrates seamlessly across multiple parts of the platform, including Time & Attendance, and My Team.

Q: Is this feature available to all clients?
A: The ability to manually add disciplinary actions within the Laudio platform is available only for clients without an external disciplinary actions integration. 

Q: Are disciplinary actions tracked as activities?
A: No. These entries do not affect the LAI.
