Each of your team members will have a customized profile page in Laudio. This is a central place for you to document and track all of the interactions you have with employees. For sections of the profile such as interests, communication preferences, and professional development information, Laudio gives you a tool to quickly gather this information from team members and automatically populate this information for your review.
Which InForms should I use?
Two InForms will directly update profile pages.
1. Team Member Profile Questionnaire
2. Professional Development Questionnaire
These InForms can be sent from the InForms section on the left hand navigator or from the profile page anywhere you see the 
button.
3. To add from InForms, click InForms, then "Add new InForm" and select the form you want to send.
You can modify the questions in these forms prior to sending to your team for maximum impact. Some questions may not be applicable to your area. The questions with 
beside them automatically transfer information to the profile page and should not be updated.

How do I send these InForms?
You have the option to send these forms to one team member, a subset of employees, or your entire team.
We recommend you send this to your entire team when you begin using Laudio. Explain to your team that you are using a new tool to collect information and would love their participation.
1. Once you click "collect data" or choose the InForm you wish to send, a message window will appear.
2. You can type a team member's name, or click "select group" on the right to send it to your entire team.
InForms are sent using a Laudio server and can sometimes be flagged by your organization as being "from an external source." Your team members will be vigilant, so we recommend you inform them these emails will be coming. Please see our recommended wording for new users regarding Laudio emails
