Using Facility-Level Leaderboards

The Facility Leaderboard helps leaders understand engagement patterns, activity levels, and overall trends across facilities. By bringing key metrics together in one view, leaders can quickly compare performance, identify opportunities for support, and monitor platform adoption.

Data Definitions

Facility
The facility associated with a leader's reporting structure.

Active Users/Managers (Rolling 30 Days)
The number of users or managers who have logged in to Laudio at least once during the past 30 days.

Actions (Rolling 90 Days)
The total number of actions completed by managers for their team members during the past 90 days.

Laudio Action Index (Rolling 90 Days)
The average Action Index speedometer score across all direct reports during the past 90 days.
