Understanding the Employee Rounding Leaderboard
The Employee Rounding Leaderboard compares expected rounding activity with completed rounds for employees during their assigned rounding periods. Results are summarized across teams and departments to provide visibility into rounding performance.
Compliance per Quarter
This report shows employee rounding compliance trends over time. The compliance rate is calculated by dividing the number of completed rounds by the total number of rounds due. Rounds due are employee rounds scheduled during the quarter, and completed rounds are rounds marked Complete during the same quarter.
