Using the Employee Rounding Leaderboard

In Q1 2026, an additional report will be added to the "Reporting" tab in Laudio to further support leaders in understanding how their teams are using Laudio in alignment with their team goals. This report will show usage of employee rounding (also known as employee connects and one on ones) across teams.
