FAQs
Q: Why do I see managers with no employees listed?
A: Managers may appear if they are part of the hierarchy but do not have active employees assigned during the selected time period.
Q: What does the quarterly denominator mean?
A: It adjusts compliance calculations so leaders with different rounding frequencies can be compared fairly within the same quarter.
Q: How far back does the dashboard show data?
A: The dashboard displays a rolling 12‑month view, starting three quarters prior to the current quarter.
Q: How does a rounding cycle work?
A: Each rounding cycle has a defined start and end date. A round must be completed within that window to count as compliant.
