Using the Mix of Actions Leaderboard

The Mix of Actions tab helps leaders understand how engagement activity is distributed across the organization. It groups actions by Interaction Type and Category/Sub-Category, making it easier to spot trends, monitor engagement levels, and understand which workflows are driving activity across teams.

Accessing the Mix of Actions Tab

The Mix of Actions tab is available within the Reporting section of Laudio and is accessible to senior leaders with broad Laudio access.

Using Dashboard Filters

Use the filters at the top of the page to customize all reports on the dashboard:

Time Period (Year-Month): Focus on a specific timeframe or review trends month over month. Review the timestamp beneath the filters to confirm when the dashboard data was last refreshed.

Available Visuals

This section highlights the different ways teams are using Laudio by showing the mix of actions taken across the platform.

Actions Trend by Interaction Type: Use this report to track month-over-month changes in engagement activity by interaction type and total actions logged.. The stacked bar chart shows total actions completed each month and groups them into four Interaction types (Celebration & Recognition; Check-In; Accountability; and Other).
Proportional Contribution by Interaction Type: This report focuses on the mix of activity. It shows each Interaction Type as a percentage of total activity during the selected period.
The Supporting Data Table: Use this table to review the exact counts and percentages behind the Actions Trend by Interaction Type and Proportional Contribution by Interaction Type charts. It is especially helpful for validating report data, reviewing monthly totals, and pulling figures for presentations or reporting.
This Action Distribution by Category: Use this visual to explore the distribution of detailed activity types logged across the platform. The joint table and pie chart provide a more specific view than Interaction Type alone, helping senior leaders understand which workflows are used most often across their teams and identify opportunities to celebrate success or follow up where needed.

Q: Who can access the Mix of Actions tab?
A: The Mix of Actions tab is available to senior leaders with visibility across the health system. If you are a senior leader and would like this access, contact support@Laudio.com.

Q: Why does Employee Rounding activity in Mix of Actions differ from Employee Rounding Compliance totals?
A: The two reports measure Employee Rounding differently and use different inclusion criteria. Because of this, totals on the Mix of Actions tab may not match totals shown on the Employee Rounding Compliance report.
