Engagement Metrics

Is User Active (Rolling 30 Days)
A user is considered active if they have logged in to Laudio at least once during the previous 30 days.

When exported, this field displays:

  • 100% = Logged in at least once during the rolling 30-day period
  • 0% = Did not log in during the rolling 30-day period

Laudio Action Index (Rolling 90 Days)
The Laudio Action Index (LAI) measures how consistently leaders complete recommended actions for their team members. LAI is displayed as a percentage, with higher percentages indicating that a greater share of recommended actions have been completed.

LAI is calculated using a rolling 90-day period and reflects engagement across a leader's team. Because leaders can complete more actions than the number recommended, LAI scores may exceed 100%.

User Contribution to Laudio Action Index (Rolling 90 Days)
The percentage of completed team actions attributed to a specific leader during the past 90 days. Since the Laudio Action Index measures engagement at the team member level, this metric shows how much that specific leader contributed to the overall score for their team members.

Activity Metrics

Actions Taken (Rolling 90 Days)
The total number of actions completed for a user's direct reports during the past 90 days.

Actions Taken Trend (Rolling 30 Days vs. Previous 31-60 Days)

  • Green Down Arrow: Actions decreased by 25% or more.
  • Gray Line: Action volume remained within ±25%.
