      Viewing Peer Feedback Responses

      Laudio makes it easy for nurse managers and leaders to view peer feedback responses tied to individual employee profiles. This visibility supports annual reviews, Magnet designation tracking, and ongoing engagement.

      Where to View Peer Feedback Responses 

      Peer feedback responses can be accessed in three main areas: 

      1. Employee Profile 
        1. Navigate to the employee’s profile. 
        2. Locate the peer feedback section. 
        3. Click "View Response" to see submitted feedback. 
      2. Peer Feedback Workflow Dashboard 
        1. View the "Peer Feedback Received" column next to each employee. 
        2. This shows the number of feedbacks received. 
        3. Note: This column is not currently hyperlinked to responses. 
      3. InForms Page 
        1. Go to the InForms section.
        2. Locate the peer feedback form of interest. 
        3. View all submitted responses under that form.

      FAQs 

      Q: Can I view feedback responses directly from the dashboard? 

      A: Not yet. The dashboard shows counts only. Use the employee profile or InForms page to view responses. 

      Q: Can I share feedback responses with others? 

      A: Yes. Use the "..." button to copy a link or download a QR code that you can share via email.
