Workforce Index Overview

Laudio’s Workforce Index equips executives with actionable data on workforce health. It highlights strengths and areas of risk across departments and benchmarks results against peer organizations. These insights provide early warning signals that inform decision-making and help leaders take timely, targeted action (Currently available to select leaders in the Early Access Community, and expanding to more nursing executives in Fall 2025).

Where to Find Workforce Index

  1. From the left navigation bar, click Reporting and then Benchmark/Workforce Index.
  2. Workforce Index will open in a new window powered by Quicksight, an online tool that helps turn data into easy-to-read dashboards, charts, and reports.
  3. Use filters to compare key workforce metrics and explore benchmarks.

Q: Can I adjust the timeframe?
A: Yes. Data is calculated over a rolling 90-day period, and you can select different months for review.

Q: Does it show trends over time?
A: Trend indicators will be included in a future version.

Q: How are benchmarks determined?
A: Laudio automatically benchmarks your data against a proprietary dataset of 150+ hospitals and 300,000+ frontline staff.

Q: Who has access to Workforce Index?
A: Designated executives receive access through their health system. The tool currently focuses on nursing leaders, but expanded reporting for executives in other departments is planned.
