Where to Find the Chat Assistant

The chat assistant appears as a chat bubble within the Laudio application in the lower right-hand corner. When this feature becomes available to all Laudio leaders, it may look slightly different than the image below.

Q: Who will have access to the chat assistant in January 2026?
A: Access will be limited to a small group of Early Access Community leaders during the initial phase. Over time, access will expand to additional leaders as testing is completed and the feature is enabled client by client.

Q: When will the chat assistant be available to more leaders?
A: The feature will become more widely available after additional testing is completed.

Q: Can the chat assistant answer HR policy questions?
A: Yes, when an HR integration is in place, the chat assistant can help answer HR policy related questions based the the health system's specific information.
