How to Access the Audit Workflow
1. Select the "Audits" workflow on the left side in your workflow pannel
2. This particular example shows all of the data from Audits completed, over the past 30 days, for the 6 East Cost Center because this demo user (Maggie) has access to that cost center.
3. If you wanted to see more specific information on an Audit collected, you can click into a specific Audit (this example shows insights from the "Fall Audit")
4. This page provides a visual breakdown of your cost center-- offering question analysis, total audits completed, and average audit score
5. To adjust the time period, select the button in the top right corner specifying the time frame ("Current Month")
6. To view the other section of the Audits workflow, select the "Audit Forms" tab
7. Here there is a list of your current active audits
8. You can add a new audit form using the "Add New Audit Form" button on the top left and either create an audit from scratch or use one of the Laudio templates
9. You also can click into your audits just as you would an InForm
10. Here you can view the individual team members responses under "Individual Audits", as well as manage questions and settings
11. Under the audits InForm you can also view the target score (that you set-up when creating the audit)
12. To share the audit, select "More Actions" inside a certain audit
13. To edit the cost center, click the pen icon to the left
