      Filter who appears in Top Recommendations

      If you have access to teams that report to managers under you, you may choose to filter your Top Recommendations to only see specific levels of staff or types of information. This will enable you to be actionable with a smaller group of people.  

      Recommendations are shared by all leaders on a team (manager, director, Executive).  By filtering to your direct reports, it reduces the risk of recommendations being completed by one leader and unseen by another.

      How to filter your top recommendations/nudges

      1. Click the filter button to the right of your recommendations window. Select “My Direct Reports” to see Recommendations only for staff who report to you.

      If you want to see birthdays/anniversaries for members of your team outside of your direct reports, you can select that option as well. 

      2.  Select the flag next to the filter of your choosing to make this your default view.
