There are multiple ways to interact with the Patient Rounding Workflow. You can leverage the Tracker and Dashboard to access and monitor actionable patient experience data.
How to use the Tracker
This is where Patient Rounding feedback is documented in realtime, helping leaders spot trends and taking immediate action when needed
1. Select the "Patient Rounding" Workflow option (The tracker feature will appear)
2. You’ll see a list of patients along with their key details and current status.
How to use the Dashboard
The Patient Rounding Dashboard includes a general overview of round completion and average score data for all of the cost centers that you manage.
1. Select the "Patient Rounding" Workflow option from your left side panel
2. Select the "Dashboard" option to navigate away from the Tracker section and into the "Comparison" section of the Dashboard. Here Laudio provides visual data regarding the total rounds completed, % of patients rounded on, and the average round score
3. If you select the "Details" tab, you can view the rounds conducted by people in real-time.
4. If you select the "Rounds" tab, you can see a more detailed view of the rounds conducted by your teams as it provides a list of all the rounds conducted during a specific time period
5. If you click on one of the completed rounds, you can view the responses from that specific round
6. If you select the "Questions" tab, you can view every single recorded answer from the rounds and scripts created
7. On the far right, there will be a score of patients' responses and the number of times that particularly question has been asked appears to the left of it under "Responses"
8. You can click into any of the questions listed in order to see even more data from that specific question
