New Features

  • Home Page Widget Reordering. Leaders can now reorder widgets on the home page, letting them place the information they check most at the top and reduce time spent scrolling. This update gives frontline managers a more personalized, efficient dashboard experience that reflects their daily priorities. The feature is available under Home page > Customize.

  • Patient Rounding Personalization Tiles. The Patient Rounding Tracker now includes three new prioritization tiles — New to unit, Due for a round, and Score at risk — giving leaders a standardized, best‑practice framework for deciding which patients to round on first. Each tile acts as a soft filter, highlighting the patients who fall into that category so leaders can quickly focus on those who need attention most. These additions make the Tracker more actionable, intuitive, and aligned with rounding priorities.

  • Bulk Scheduled Birthday & Anniversary Messages. Leaders can now schedule birthday and anniversary messages in bulk, with Laudio dynamically selecting the correct send‑date for each team member. This enhancement streamlines one of the most‑used workflows by allowing managers to choose all recipients at once, apply the schedule, and complete the action without manual date‑by‑date setup.

 

🔧 Improvements

  • Overtime Workflow Enhancements. The Overtime workflow now surfaces richer context and faster actions: leaders can see actions taken and disciplinary‑action details directly in the overtime/absences/tardies bar‑graph modal, take inline action from the incremental‑overtime Nudge card, and admins can manage overtime workflow settings from a centralized location in the Time & Attendance Users slide‑out. These updates give frontline managers clearer insight and quicker follow‑through, while giving admins a single, consistent place to configure organizational settings.
