Reviewing Recommendation data under "See More"

Some of Laudio's Recommendations are based on data that comes directly from your team members' timecards. These insights let you know when there is an opportunity to recognize or check in with someone, or hold staff accountable and factor in your shift times and grace periods.

Click “see more” and view the data supporting Laudio recommendations to help you decide whether and how to act. You get to choose whether to act on, complete or ignore a recommendation

Tips:

• Lines in bold indicate when the event occurred
• Your standard shifts and grace periods can be adjusted in your account settings panel if needed
• If you believe this data is inaccurate, send us a message by clicking the X to ignore and choosing “this data is incorrect"
