Snoozing and Turning Off Nudges (Early Access)

Nudges in Laudio surface timely recommendations to help leaders take meaningful action across their team in consistent ways. To keep nudges relevant, leaders can snooze nudges that don’t require immediate attention or turn off nudges that are not useful for their team.

This feature is currently only available to Laudio's Early Access Community.

Steps to Turn Off or Snooze Nudges

Use Snooze when a nudge is temporarily not actionable but may be helpful later. A Snoozed tag will display for that team member. Use Turn Off when a nudge is no longer relevant for your team.

Click Nudges on the left-hand side navigation bar.
Click Settings.
Choose the nudges you want to snooze or turn off by clicking the row of the nudge of interest.
Click Add Team Members / Cost Centers.
Enter the names of relevant team members and/or cost centers.
Select the time period that is appropriate:
- Indefinitely
- Till a specific date (Snooze)
Type a reason in the open text field.
Click Turn Off to apply the change.

FAQs

Q: If I turn off a nudge for one team member, does it turn off for every leader who can see that person?
A: Yes. Changes cascade so all leaders who have access to that team member will no longer see that nudge.
