      Taking Action from the Activity Feed

      The Activity Feed includes tools to help leaders search, filter, and export information, making it easier to find and share documentation when needed.

      Key Benefits: 

      • Searchable: Quickly locate activities by team member or keyword.

      • Filterable: Narrow results by date, interaction type, action type, tag, or user.

      • Exportable: Download filtered results for use in reviews or compliance reports.

      Searching the Activity Feed

      1. Click the Search button in the top-right corner.

      2. Type a team member’s name or keyword.

      3. The feed will update to show only matching results.

      Filtering the Activity Feed

      1. Click the Filter button in the top-right corner.

      2. Apply filters by:

        • Time period

        • Interaction type

        • Action type

        • Tag

        • User (specific Laudio leader)

      3. Click Apply to refine the view.

      Exporting Activity

      1. Click the Export button in the top-right corner.

      2. Select filtering criteria to define the dataset.

      3. Click Export in the bottom-right of the pop-up.

      4. The data will download as an Excel or CSV file. This can be especially helpful for annual reviews and/or providing documentation for disciplinary action.
