Using Metric-Based Nudges (Early Access)
Metric-Based Nudges help leaders engage with their teams through categories that align with leadership best practices, such as check-ins, celebrations, or accountability conversations. They promote consistent outreach across your team and encourage meaningful support where it’s needed most. Each leader sees a prioritized list of up to 24 metrics, organized by the areas that matter most to their team and organization.

Taking Action on Metric-Based Nudges
From each metric-based nudge, leaders can view all team members who fall into that category and choose how to engage with them. While emails and notes are sent one at a time to maintain authenticity, leaders are encouraged to reach out consistently across their team when it makes sense. You can take the following actions from any metric-based nudge:

Send an Email : Reach out directly to the team member with a personalized message.

Make a Note: Record your engagement or observations for future reference.

Start a Round: (Applicable for rounding-related nudges) Begin a rounding or one-on-one interaction to connect in person or virtually.

FAQs
Q: When will this feature be available to Laudio users?
A: This feature will be available to all Laudio users starting in March 11, 2026.
Q: Can I turn off specific nudges?
A: Yes. Nudges can be turned off at the client, cost-center, or team-member level for a set time or indefinitely.
Q: Can clients create their own custom nudges?
A: Not at this time.
Q: If grace period settings are updated, how quickly do clock in and clock out nudges adjust?
A: Changes are reflected within one day.
Q: How are completed nudges shown?
A: For most nudges, taking action on a team member marks that item as acted on. Once all associated team members have been acted on, the nudge is considered complete and will no longer appear in the active list after the page is refreshed until a new nudge is applicable.
