Each nudge prioritizes individuals based on two main factors: turnover risk level and time since your last interaction.This feature helps leaders stay proactive and provide timely support or recognition to their teams.

Taking Action on Team Member Nudges

There are multiple ways to take action from Team Member Nudges. Leaders can:

  • Use the Nudge Summary – Review and take action on multiple nudges at once based on an overview of all nudges for that team member.

  • Act on Individual Nudges – Select specific nudges that best align with your team’s goals or current engagement needs.

From each nudge, leaders can take the following actions:

  1. Send an Email – Reach out directly to the team member with a personalized message.

  2. Make a Note – Record your engagement or observations for future reference.

  3. Start a Round – (Applicable for rounding-related nudges) Begin a rounding interaction to connect in person or virtually.
