Using Team Member Nudges (Early Access)
Team Member Nudges help leaders identify which team members may benefit most from engagement. Nudges are prioritized based on factors such as turnover risk, time since the last interaction, and upcoming scheduled shifts. This helps leaders provide timely support or recognition in a more proactive way.
This feature is currently only available to Laudio's Early Access Community.
Key Benefits:
- See all nudges for your prioritized team members and decide whether to take action on several at once or focus on the one or two that matter most.
- A smart summary highlights key themes and opportunities, helping you stay focused on what will make the biggest impact.
Taking Action on Team Member Nudges
There are multiple ways to take action from Team Member Nudges. Leaders can:

Use the Nudge Summary – Review and take action on multiple nudges at once based on an overview of all nudges for that team member.

Act on Individual Nudges – Select specific nudges that best align with your team’s goals or current engagement needs.
From each nudge, leaders can take the following actions:

Send an Email – Reach out directly to the team member with a personalized message.

Make a Note – Record your engagement or observations for future reference.

Start a Round – (Applicable for rounding-related nudges) Begin a rounding interaction to connect in person or virtually.
