Using the Laudio AI Assistant (Early Access)

The Laudio AI Assistant is designed to serve as an AI-powered front door for frontline leaders, making it easier to access information related to Laudio, leadership best practices, and policy documentation (as available).  

This feature is currently only available to Laudio's Early Access Community.

Steps to the Laudio AI Assistant

  1. Click the Laudio AI Assistant icon. It is a circular icon with a sparkle emoji in the bottom right hand corner of your Laudio.

  2. Type your question in the chat. You can ask about how to use Laudio, leadership best practices and support, or policy documentation (if your health system has this integration enabled).

  3. The chat assistant will provide answers from Laudio’s product documentation and leadership coaching materials as relevant.

  4. Ask a follow-up question, use the thumbs up or down icons in the chat to rate the response, or close the window when you’re finished with the conversation.

A: Yes. Data is stored securely in Laudio’s cloud and not retained by foundation model providers.

Q: How can I provide feedback?
A: Use the thumbs up/down buttons in the chat interface.
