Microsoft 365 Connection

Learn how to enable Laudio's connection with Microsoft 365 for a more seamless, efficient email experience.

 Benefits of the Microsoft 365 Connection:

• Enhance efficiency and save time by sending emails directly out of Laudio without being redirected to Outlook 
• Get the flexibility to schedule Birthday and Anniversary emails and add custom schedules with the "delay send" feature
• Easily send personalized, creative messages through a GIPHY integration that adds a library of 1000s of engaging images and ecards 
• See when team members are working next and add a calendar event with one click with the calendar integration feature

Setting up the Connection

There are two ways to set up the M365 connection in Laudio.

1. Connect by Sending a Message:

• When you attempt to send a message for the first time after the O365 connection is activated, Laudio will automatically prompt you to sign into your Microsoft 365 account.
• Follow the steps below to authenticate into your Microsoft 365 account, Accept Consent and complete the connection:

2. Connect through your Laudio Settings: 

• Navigate to Settings via your profile icon on the top-right of the Laudio homepage. 

• Click the “Microsoft 365” text to enable the connection
