Forms Reporting. Forms Reporting introduces built‑in reporting and data visualizations for every form in Laudio, creating a consistent, insights‑driven experience across Patient Rounding, Employee Rounding, Audits, New Hire Check‑Ins, and InForms. Leaders can now surface trends, responses, and operational insights at scale without relying on manual exports or spreadsheets.
The new reporting experience provides intuitive charts for each question, time‑ and location‑based filtering, and a consolidated view of all comments tied to their parent questions. A Heatmap view highlights patterns and outliers instantly, helping leaders quickly identify risks, opportunities, and areas that need attention. Together, these updates support faster decision‑making, system‑wide visibility, and more consistent action across teams. -
Patient Rounding Dashboard Updates. The updated Patient Rounding Dashboard gives leaders a clearer, more actionable view of rounding activity and outcomes through a redesigned, interactive layout. Static line graphs have been replaced with real‑time visualizations, including an patient experience domains radial chart, metric tiles that open into detailed slidesheets, and a new Heatmap that highlights trends across units or time periods.
These enhancements make it easier to compare results across key patient experience domains and focus rounding efforts where they will have the greatest impact on patient experience. Review this article to learn more about Patient Rounding. -
Peer Feedback. The Peer Feedback workflow has been modernized with a refreshed UI and a more consistent, streamlined experience across every step of the evaluation cycle. Microsoft Outlook Add-in (Beta). The new Outlook add-in allows leaders to turn any email into a Laudio note — and, if needed, a follow‑up task — without leaving their inbox. By opening the Laudio task pane on any email in Outlook Web or Desktop, the email’s subject and body are pulled in automatically, the relevant team member(s) can be tagged, a category selected, and the note saved to Laudio in a single step.
The add‑in signs leaders in through their existing Microsoft account (with consent), eliminating the need for a second login or a separate Laudio session. This makes it easier to capture recognition, follow‑ups, new‑hire check‑ins, life events, and other context that already lives in email. Instead of switching tools or copying and pasting, leaders can log meaningful interactions directly from the place they already work.
*Note, deployment of this feature may require support from your organization's IT team, who must enable the add‑in within their Microsoft environment. -
Incremental Overtime (Beta). The Incremental Overtime workflow gives leaders real‑time visibility into the individual behaviors that drive overtime — early clock‑ins, late clock‑outs, and missed breaks — before they accumulate into significant payroll cost or burnout risk. Leaders can track incremental overtime metrics for every team member in one place, drill into exact hours for each behavior, and use built‑in Nudge signals to instantly spot who needs attention.
This workflow complements existing timesheet systems like UKG and Kronos by surfacing the patterns that require leader action, while schedule and payroll adjustments continue to happen in the system of record. -
Adding InForms for New Hire Check‑Ins (Beta). New Hire Check‑Ins now support sending and collecting InForm responses directly within the workflow, eliminating the need to switch tabs or move between tools. Managers can build any check‑in form from scratch, map it to the intervals that matter most, and send it from the new hire check-in slideout or nudge panel with full visibility into completion status in the activity stream. Multiple forms can be selected at once to kick off check‑ins in a single step, and workflows and intervals can be renamed to match your organization’s language.
-
Bulk Actions (Beta). Bulk Actions introduces dynamic merge‑field pills and personalized bulk email sending across Laudio, allowing managers to reach one or many team members with messages that feel individually written — without copy‑paste, manual editing, or template rewrites. Leaders can add dynamic placeholders directly into templates or message bodies, and those placeholders automatically resolve to each recipient’s correct name and context at send time. Managers can choose whether to send as a group or as individual messages. With this update, every recipient receives a correctly personalized message, privacy is preserved in individual‑send mode, and AI‑generated templates now use dynamic pill tokens that work for any audience size.
-
Department Tasks (Beta). Department Tasks introduces a new, department‑level view where leaders can see and create tasks for their entire Cost Center, serving as the team‑wide companion to My Tasks, which only shows tasks assigned to the individual leader. This centralized page makes it easier to understand workload across the department, ensure follow‑ups don’t slip through the cracks, and keep task management aligned across teams. Assigning a department‑level task to a team member still routes it to their My Tasks with no changes to existing workflows.
