      Patient Rounding Overview

      Laudio offers patient rounding both with and without ADT data.  If your organization chose to integrate ADT data, you will be able to see patient PHI within Laudio to assist you in rounding efforts.  

      Key Features

      Tracker - provides patient demographic info, length of stay, last round, etc. You are able to filter by cost center and patient status.

      Dashboard - provides visuals to help you monitor round compliance

      Scripts - Allows you to create/edit/view available rounding scripts

      Tasks - allows you to manage and follow-up on tasks created during rounding

      Settings & Customizability

      The workflow is flexible and allows for additional configuration based on your preferences for each rounding script.

      • Team Member Recognition can be turned on/off

      • Scripts can be edited by any shared collaborator, but questions cannot be edited once asked in a round at least once – this maintains data integrity while providing flexibility for future revisions

      • Data Visualizations can be configured for different time periods

      2. Manage your Patient Rounding scripts
      3. Capture the patient feedback using an active Rounding Script
      4. Send recognition messages to team members based on patient feedback
      5. View completed Rounding forms including Round details, responses, and scores
      6. Edit, delete, or share a completed Patient Rounding form
      7. Filter and export data 
      8. View data trends across your organization
